GRCCountryTMis installed with GRC ToolsTM. It must reside in the same directory as GRC ToolsTM. It should not be run at the same time as GRC ToolsTMis being run in the same directory.
For Windows Vista and Windows 7 you must install the program with administrator privileges.
The file that you download from the GRC Database web site is a self-extracting zipped file. Run the file and choose the directory to which to unzip the files.
After unzipping the files, go to the specified directory and run the program SETUP.EXE. Follow the instructions to install GRC ToolsTM on your local drive. After unzipping the files, go to the specified directory and run the program SETUP.EXE. Follow the instructions to install GRC ToolsTM on your local drive. We advise that you do not install GRCTools into your \program files\ or \program files (x86)\ directory. On certain operating systems (e.g. Windows 7 64-bit) data placed in this directory becomes corrupted, and though GRCTools will still run, it will not properly transform your data.
GRC ToolsTMis intended to be installed once only on a single computer.
When you start GRC ToolsTMthe first time, you will be informed that you have run out of credits OR that your license has run out and that you need to order a new one.
If you have downloaded the trial version and have not yet been sent a data.dmt file, e-mail your name and company name with a request to receive your credits to graham@grcdi.nl.
We shall send you back a file called SERIAL.DBF, which contains your credits information. Copy this file into the directory where you installed GRCTools (usually \GRC Database Information\GRCTools|) overwriting the existing file of the same name.
