Address - The location to which the USPS is to deliver or return a mailpiece. It consists of certain elements such as recipient name, street name and house number, and city, state, and ZIP Code as required by the mail class.

Postal Address - A set of information which. for a postal item, allows the unambiguous determination of an actual or potential delivery point, usually combined with the specification of an address and/or a mailee [AFNOR XP Z10-11 Standard]
