beauty seal - (Publications Mail terminology)

* less than a single use of a cosmetic product sealed and attached to a page or to another acceptable enclosure in a way that does not substantially increase the thickness of the page or the enclosure

* the cosmetic product is considered less than a single use if the seal can be lifted from the page, therefore considered as a beauty seal; if the sachet/packet can be removed from the page this is considered a single use or more, and therefore, considered and priced as a Sample
