Bulk Mail - bulk mail is is a quantity of mail that the sender has prepared for mailing in order to qualify for postage rate discounts. The sender must also meet specific USPS requirements in order to qualify.

Bulk Mail - Mail that is rated for postage partly by weight and partly by the number of pieces in the mailing. The term is generally used to refer to Standard Mail (A).
