Direct Marketing - direct marketing is the practice of delivering targeted promotional messages directly to potential customers on an individual basis, as opposed to mass media. Direct marketing includes direct mail, e-mail, telemarketing and other media channels that are used to reach individuals who are likely to respond to your offer. The results of a direct marketing campaign should be measurable.
