Insert - An insert is a marketing program where promotional materials are inserted into a package, envelope, magazine, catalog, or other medium. For example, you might find promotional material in the package you receive from Amazon in addition to the items you order. Another example are the "statement stuffers" that you receive along with your billing statements.
