Change of Address Service

Change of Address service - A service whereby mail items that cannot be delivered as originally addressed because the addressee has moved are redirected to the addressee's new location if a Change of Address Notification has been filed by the addressee. These items are called Redirected Mail. [réexpédition du courrier]

Note: For the Change of Address service out of Canada, only Letter-post items that are not dutiable will be redirected; all other items will be returned to the sender.
