Information Discovery and Delivery (IDD) - IDD help simplify the way that business decisions makers use information, allowing users to access, format, analyse, navigate, and share information across the organisation. IDD comprises (enterprise) reporting, query and analysis, dashboards and scorecards, and the BI platform (including search capabilities).
