New Households - Data on new connects by local phone companies are beginning to come on the marketplace. Original data on new household formation (in the form primarily of new home owners) is available for part of the country based on compilation at the offices of the various county clerks. Other services include Magazine change of address files, expansion of the DSF file by the Source: USPS, correction via NCOA files by the Source: USPS, comparison of current registers (car and telephone ownership) against prior, and local compiling efforts.
